I enjoy meetings with Jakub Domeracki not only because of a value he brings to our company, but because of (and maybe most importantly) that he is one of a few I know, who understand that finance is primarly about providing information to decision makers. It is really important in organizations that use distributed authority as a principle of their working model, where almost everybody is a decision maker.
